Learning Update

It's been a wee while since we have had a learning post... but this one took a while for me to get right so here it is exactly half way through the holidays! Enjoy ...

Recognise

We have been learning to recognise who we are and how we fit in our families, class, school and communities. Over the last few weeks we have been looking to our wider community by skyping with another class from Mt Somers, about an hours drive from our school. We asked them some questions over skype and on our blog www.terito2kids.blogspot.co.nz. 

Our next step is to reach out a bit further - introduce ourselves and see if we get any responses... (Whaea Alice might have a few teacher-friends she has contacted to help get us started.)
