Problem Solved!

Last week, we identified a problem in our classroom: On sunny days the sun shines in through our windows onto our active whiteboard so we can't see.

Whaea Alice came up with a solution: we need some stained glass windows to block the sun! So we found some instructions to help us.

Welcome Back!

Wow! It's been awhile since Room 2 has blogged. We have been busy getting straight back into our learning.

Last week we had Holly from ASB come and teach us about spending and saving our money! It has heaps of fun!

We have also been learning more about our Daily 5.

Here we are building stamina when we 'Read to Someone.' Adam and Seth found a quiet place under the table!

This week we have also been 'listening to reading' on our iPads. We love the monster story!

Finally, this week we had a visit from Harold and the Life Education bus. He taught us about how to be good friends to our bodies and other people!
